Body Alliance Rainbow Tai Chi Chi Kung

Rainbow Tai Chi Chi Kung exercises are gentle to perform, re-energising and activate your own self-healing energy. Initially students learn about letting go of negatives, and finding positive and creative ways to transform the tensions in our lives. The exercises connect to the heart, body, mind and spirit. The focus is on cultivating the loving chi energy, or life force. This brings greater health and happiness and can bring many wonderful and positive things into your life.

Teaching is in one to one invidual sessions, classes and/or workshops.

RAINBOW TAI CHI CHI KUNG

Gentle, rejuvenating and re-energising chi kung exercises. Suitable for all - no experience required. Chi Kung is the root of all the Rainbow Tai Chi practices.

RAINBOW 37 STEPS TAI CHI FORM

Beautiful and continuous flowing movements. A more advanced study following on from Chi Kung.
