Having studied at the prestigious Institute of Traditional Herbal Medicine and Aromatherapy, her approach is based on the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine. In addition to a wide selection of highest quality essential oils, she incorporates basic acupressure points and meridian massage to provide a truly holistic and effective treatment. She has recently specialised in aromatherapy during pregnancy, treating women throughout this wonderful phase of their lives, with essential oils and massage. Her passion for natural remedies and aromatherapy has lead her to learn to make most of her own products, from cosmetics to therapeutics. Elena is also fully qualified to perform the traditional Indian Champissage TM , also known as Indian Head Massage. She learned these deeply relaxing techniques directly from the late Narendra Mehta, hailed by many as the pioneer of Indian head massage in the West, and founder of the London Centre of Indian Champissage TM International.
